Major progress

It’s been a few days since we’ve been to the house so I’m not exactly sure of the date of these pictures but we do have a 1st floor. The framing process goes by very quickly and it looks like a lot is happening but we have been warned that once the structure is completed that the work slows down. I hope so because at this rate we will be moved in by New Years.

Looking at house from the back corner of the back yard.  Looking in a southeasternly direction.

View from the west window into the living/entry room.  The den is in the back part of the picture with the steps going in the open potion on the left side of the picture.

This picture is where the kitchen.  In the background you can see the garage opening on the left and the front door in the right.

The bread has finally started to rise and the first sign of our address is present. Walking on the slab gives the illusion that the foot print is too small for the house. I can’t wait till the walls start going up so we can get a better feeling of depth.

Look how tall my shadow is.

We are going to have a big side yard.  We also have the trusses for the roof.

Have to let the dough rise
